   Recently, a delegation from Senyao International visited the Henan Shaolin Bus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaolin Bus") specifically to conduct on-site investigations and in-depth negotiations regarding the research, development, production, import and export cooperation of CNG tourist buses and new energy public buses. This meeting aims to integrate the resource advantages of both parties, promote the international expansion of new energy and clean energy bus products, and inject new momentum into the integration of automotive import and export trade and the green transportation industry.

It is known that Senyao International was established on November 25, 2014, with its registered address in Zhangwan District, Shiyan City. Its core business includes goods and technology imports and exports. Particularly, it has accumulated mature channel resources and operational experience in the fields of automotive parts and complete vehicles import and export, and is an important bridge connecting domestic car manufacturers with the international market.

As a well-known local car manufacturer in Henan Province, Shaolin Bus can trace its history back to the Xishui Printing Machinery Factory in Xingyang County in 1968. After officially transitioning to automobile production in 1983, it has developed into a modern bus manufacturing enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales. The company is located in Xingyang City, Henan Province, covering an area of over 600 acres. It currently has nearly 500 employees and possesses a complete vehicle production process chain and modern intelligent production lines. With an annual production capacity of over 5,000 units, its products enjoy high recognition in the domestic and international bus market.

Field visit demonstrates strength, technical advantages gain recognition

During the visit, accompanied by the relevant personnel of Shangrui Bus, the Shengyao International inspection team delved into the production workshop, research and development center, and quality inspection laboratory, comprehensively understanding the bus production process, technical standards, and quality control system. The technological investment and innovation achievements of Shangrui Bus in the field of new energy commercial vehicles became the focus of the inspection team.

According to the person in charge of Shaolin Bus, the company strictly follows the IATF16949 quality management system and fully applies digital development technology. They have established an all-round information management system covering the entire process of research and development, production, and after-sales services, ensuring the stability and reliability of the products from the very beginning. "Whether it's the CNG clean energy model or the pure electric new energy model, we have achieved independent control of core technologies and can respond quickly to market demands for customized production," the person in charge said.

Focusing on the two core products and analyzing market competitiveness

In the CNG tourist bus segment, the series of products displayed by Shaolin Bus have been recognized by the inspection team due to their "environmental protection + economic" dual advantages. According to the data, compared with traditional fuel buses, the fuel cost of their CNG tourist buses can be reduced by 40%-50%, and the emission indicators meet the international mainstream environmental protection standards. Currently, Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand have purchased this type of vehicle on a large scale for tourist transportation, and the market potential is significant. In addition, this vehicle model takes into account both comfort and safety in design, with spacious interior space, ergonomic (human engineering) optimized seats, and equipped with ABS anti-lock braking system, ESP electronic stability program and other safety configurations.

In terms of new energy buses, the products of Shaolin Bus have also performed exceptionally well. To meet the operational needs of urban buses, their new energy buses adopt high-capacity battery packs and efficient electric drive systems. With a fully charged range of over 300 kilometers, they can meet the daily operational requirements. At the same time, they support fast charging technology, significantly reducing the charging time. What's worth mentioning is that the remote monitoring system installed on the vehicles can provide real-time feedback on the operating status, helping the operators improve management efficiency. At the subsequent cooperation negotiation meeting, the two parties conducted multiple rounds of discussions on topics such as the cooperation model of CNG tourist buses and new energy public buses, the price system, product customization, and after-sales guarantee, and reached several consensuses.

In terms of the cooperation model, the two parties have initially planned a diversified path of "direct trade + agency sales + cooperative production": Shenyao International will leverage its own advantages in import and export channels to assist Shaolin Bus in accessing potential markets in Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East; Shaolin Bus will provide customized production support, optimizing product configurations based on the road conditions, climate, and policy requirements of the target markets. Regarding prices and costs, the two parties have agreed to be market-oriented, combining the scale of bulk purchases and production cost calculations to formulate a mutually beneficial and win-win pricing plan; in the after-sales aspect, Shaolin Bus will establish an overseas spare parts reserve warehouse and jointly with Shenyao International build a local service team to alleviate customers' concerns.

"This inspection allowed us to witness the technical strength and product competitiveness of Shilin buses, and also clarified the direction for the cooperation between the two parties," said the head of the Shenyao International inspection team. "Next, we will accelerate the signing of the cooperation agreement and promote the first batch of cooperative models to enter the international market as soon as possible." The person in charge of Shilin buses also emphasized that the cooperation with Shenyao International is an important measure for the company to expand its international market. In the future, the company will continue to increase its research and development investment to provide more competitive products for the cooperative projects.
