Senyao International And Overseas Merchants Visit Dongfeng Yipai Wuhan Factory To Draw A New Blueprint for New Energy Going Global

         On November 6th, Hubei Senyao Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Senyao International") visited the Wuhan factory of Dongfeng Yipai Automotive Technology Company with core overseas merchants from Thailand for a special inspection. Both sides will focus on in-depth exchanges on topics such as intelligent manufacturing upgrading of new energy vehicles, industrialization of core technologies, and coordinated development of overseas markets. With the linkage advantage of "Shiyan trade channel+Wuhan intelligent manufacturing strength", they will inject new momentum into the global layout of "Made in Hubei" new energy vehicles.

     At the final assembly workshop of the Wuhan factory, a delegation of merchants visited the multi vehicle hybrid production scene on site. In the workshop, under the production rhythm of 33JPH, the Dongfeng Yipai e π 008 and Dongfeng Fengshen L8 models are efficiently circulating. The automated material conveying system and intelligent assembly robotic arm are precisely matched, achieving a stable output of over 350 units per day. The production manager of Yipai Technology Wuhan factory introduced that the factory has fully implemented the "ERP central control equipment" integrated intelligent system. Through real-time uploading of electronic inspection data and AI quality trend prediction, a precise control system for the entire process has been built. The painting workshop uses AI models to intervene in color difference fluctuations in advance, so that the paint clarity (DOI value) reaches the industry's advanced level, which has sparked discussions among customers.

     As a core partner of Dongfeng Group, the company has built a trade network covering more than 40 countries and regions, which can efficiently connect the "Wuhan Production Xiamen Export" railway sea intermodal transportation channel, and shorten the export cycle by 5 to 7 days with the help of the maritime department's "green channel". Overseas business representatives have expressed their intention to cooperate: Thai customers recognize the high-end competitiveness of the e π 007 model.

      The performance data disclosed by the overseas market leader of Dongfeng Yipai has added more confidence: the Wuhan factory has recently seen a year-on-year surge of 370% in overseas orders, and is currently preparing for dual shift production to achieve a daily production target of 800 units. In the first half of 2025, only the Xiangyang base has exported 8900 units. On site, Senyao International and Thai overseas merchants have preliminarily confirmed their intention to purchase the e π 007 model, and the first batch of orders are expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2026.

     Both parties have stated that they will establish a normalized cooperation mechanism in the future, relying on the global channels of Senyao International and the technological accumulation of Dongfeng Yipai, to jointly develop exclusive models for the right-hand drive market, expand brand influence through international platforms such as the Macau Auto Show, and enable more "Hubei Intelligent Manufacturing" cars equipped with Huawei Qiankun intelligent system to go global.
